I can’t say enough good things about this company and so glad I found them. They’ve been a real asset as the cleaning service for my Airbnb business. A few things stick out in my experience:
* flexibility - as all Airbnb hosts know last second cancellations or bookings happen and this company has always been able to accommodate last second changes/delays & tight deadlines.
* going above and beyond - shown themselves to be true partners by helping identify items that are on low supply and restocking them. Essentially being my set of eyes and not leaving until not only the place is clean, but ready for the next Airbnb guest in all aspects. That is a huge plus that many other cleaners do not do and puts them in an elite tier.
* consistent quality cleaning - very important as it establishes a high standard of cleaning. Guests have mentioned how nice & clean the place looks and they provide a nice elegant touch with the towel designs.
* communication - prompt responses with a solutions mindset and always with a pleasant demeanor. Plus notifying me of anything I should know keeps my Airbnb business running smooth.
There are more things I could go into, but in summary I’m very happy with my choice to use this company and I’d recommend anyone else to use them as well.
